Delivery Information
The cost of the delivery depends on the size and weight of your order and the carrier used. The delivery price will be indicated on your basket page. Standard home delivery starts from £ for smaller goods and increases and according to weight and the volume.
Free Delivery
Free delivery is offered to the UK Mainland only at our discretion, if your country is not properly accounted for we may issue a further invoice for delivery charges as they apply to your chosen destination. If you are sure you would like to proceed with your order once shipping charges are paid you order will be dispatched.
Other delivery services
We offer a range of competitive prices on delivery based on the items weight and size, for some items this is volumetric and large items may be subject to surcharges.
We use a range of services for delivery from the Royal Mail to Couriers, it will vary from time to time but we try to keep delivery times to a minimum within 3-5 days from dispatch.
So, if you need your order urgently, or want it delivered at the weekend, we’d suggest you choose from another option.
Items that are heavier than 30kg can take between 5 – 7 days to be delivered.

- Unfortunately we are unable to account for absolutely everything, so if you don’t see a logical shipping option, please get in touch by logging in and making an offer with your full shipping details, and we’ll get back to you shortly.
When will I receive my purchase?
Standard UK Delivery provided by the Royal Mail
Delivery up to 5 business days on orders placed Monday – Friday. Your order will be delivered Monday – Saturday (excluding Sundays and bank holidays).
Handling
Handling is normally 48-72 hours, but at busy periods this may be extended but we will endeavour to process your order within 5 working days, please contact us for more details
Shipping Times
Shipping takes roughly 3-5days from your completed order being marked as dispatched for ou to recieve your order.
What if I’m not in?
Standard UK Delivery
If you are not at home, the driver may leave the parcel in a secure place or with a neighbour and post a card advising you where they have left it. If they are unable to deliver the parcel after 3 attempts, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse.
If your order does not arrive within 7 days and you have not had any communication from us to advise of a delay please use the contact us form.

Item sizes:
- Small items – items under 2kg weight and/or 30cm x 50cm x 15cm in size
- Bulky items – items (not including bikes) over 2kg weight and/or 30cm x 50cm x 15cm in size
- Large items – bikes and tag-a-longs
