Description
They should normally (if they are V-type pads) assemble thus;
with the brake arm between the convex washers, and the concave washers can be exchanged with one another to alter the brake spacing. Torque setting should be in the range ~45-60 inlb, or 5-7 Nm according to Park tools guide.
